OluKai footwear is guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for one year from the date of purchase. Footwear covered by the OluKai guarantee will be replaced at OluKai's discretion.

At this time, OluKai does not perform repairs on products.
If your sandals or shoes are covered under our guarantee, please return to the location at which you purchased them. The retailer should be able to replace the damaged footwear. Please remember to bring your receipt. If the sandals or shoes were purchased on vacation or in a different location then where you live, and they are covered under the guarantee, please email us at info@olukai.com along with an explanation and photo of the damage or defect.
Your email address is used to acknowledge your order, notify you of shipping status, and, if opted in, OluKai will send notice of new product releases and special offers.
For availability and fraud reasons, we request your phone number.
Availability – If for any reason we find that the product you ordered is not available for shipment, we'd like to contact you to let you know.
Fraud - If our fraud department finds an order to be suspicious, we will do everything possible to protect cardholders. In the event that an order is identified as possibly suspicious, OluKai's Customer Service department may contact you to verify the legitimacy of the order.
All packages will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours after your submission. Upon shipping, the packages will be shipped by the freight type requested on the order.
Orders placed for Next Day delivery service before 2:00 PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
Packages will be shipped from Southern California and ground shipping times will vary based upon your location.
We currently do not offer Saturday delivery and Sunday delivery is not offered through our carrier.
Shipments to Hawaii will automatically change to the USPS carrier. If the order has anything faster than UPS Ground, the order will be sent by the requested shipping method.
