Return Policy

  • Free returns will be allowed this holiday season for purchases placed between 11/21/17 through 12/31/17.
  • We only accept returns on footwear purchased directly through www.olukai.com.
  • All non-warranty returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase and product must be returned in its original and unused condition.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you are looking for another size, color or style, please place another order on olukai.com for your replacement item.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. 
  • Refunds will take approximately 2-3 weeks from the date received. A confirmation email will be sent when the refund is issued.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days from when the confirmation email is sent for the refund to fully process.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Fill out this form (Click Herecompletely and enclose it with your item(s) in the box. Be sure to include your order number found on your packslip or confirmation email. 
  • We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method for your records until the return is complete.

OluKai Product Guarantee

  • All OluKai footwear is backed by a one-year guarantee against manufacturer's defects from the date of purchase.
  • Footwear covered by the OluKai guarantee will be replaced at OluKai's discretion.
  • If your footwear is covered under the warranty below, please email us at [email protected] along with an explanation, the date of purchase, and photos of the damage or defect.

Damaged/Defective

The following defects are covered by the OluKai guarantee:

  • Straps pulling out where soles are not excessively worn.
  • De-laminating of sole layers.
  • Frayed or loose stitching on uppers, footbeds or logos.

What's not covered:

  • Deterioration from water abuse
  • Outsole wearing out or worn through
  • Skateboard or bicycle abuse
  • Cuts, scratches, burns, etc.
  • Shrinkage from overexposure to extreme heat
  • Animals chewing or abusing the product
  • Excessive stretching
  • Basic comfort issues without visible defect
  • At this time, OluKai does not perform repairs on products.
